For our local patients, we are located at the corner of 104 Avenue and 152nd Street in Surrey. Our building is right next to the Sheraton Hotel, and across the street from Guildford Mall (152St.) On the map below, our studio is indicated with the red "stop" sign.

Coming from the United States…

Take the Interstate 5 north into Canada, through the 176 Street truck border crossing. Once you are through the border, continue on 176 Street for approximately 10 miles, until you reach the #1 (trans-Canada) highway. Take this highway west until you reach the #50 exit (104Ave./160 St.) in Surrey. Continue on 104 Avenue west (left lane) for approximately 1 mile (you will pass the Ramada Inn, and Sheraton Hotel), until you see our clinic. It is on the right hand side, and is the building on the corner, next to the Sheraton Hotel. The blue illuminated sign reads "PROACTIVE HEALTH GROUP".

Note: Another landmark is the enormous flag which is right across the street from us on 104Ave. You will be able to see it while still on the freeway.
