Your Dental Service Plan

We accept all dental insurance policies; however, we accept assignment of benefits for major procedures only. What this means is that when you come in for basic services such as cleanings and fillings, we require that you pay "up front", at the time of service. We will then prepare your insurance form and submit it electronically the same day of your visit. Typically you will receive your cheque back from your dental service plan insurance company within 10 days. For major procedures, we will collect your co-payment at the time of service, and then have the insurance company reimburse us for the balance.

As accurate information regarding your insurance plan is necessary to make the system work efficiently, we ask that our new patients fill out the following information before coming in for their first visit.
