Dental Fees for Treatment

Dental fees: for example, cosmetic dentistry prices and the cost of dental veneers are in line with the British Columbia fee guide. While we provide our patients with the best skills, technology and service, we charge only what the current BC fee guide allows. This makes it affordable to get excellent dental treatment! Proactive Dental Studio is located in Surrey BC and provides services to clients in the Greater Vancouver BC region.

Dental fees: a typical adult recall visit costs as follows:

Please note that this is for a "typical" adult who comes in twice a year for check ups. Some patients will require more than two units of scaling, particularly if they have the onset of periodontal disease and need comprehensive treatment.

Before we do any major procedure we will give you a treatment plan outlining the cost of what needs to be done. It is up to our patients to decide if and when they want to have the treatment done.

Dental Fees and Financial Policies

As Proactive Dental Studio depends on reimbursement from our patients for the costs incurred during care, we have established the following financial policies…

• Payment is required at the end of each and every appointment. We accept cash, INTERAC, Visa and Mastercard
• We accept assignment of insurance benefits for major procedures only.
• For major dental work (crown& bridge, dentures, cost of dental veneers, etc.) we require full co-payment at the time of your first appointment. For example if you are covered 50% for a bridge or other cosmetic dentistry prices and services, we require your 50% co-payment at your first appointment.
• New patients who come in for an emergency appointment must pay in full for services rendered (no Cheques), as we cannot verify insurance coverage. Your insurance company will later reimburse you.
• If you need major dental work done, we will print out a treatment plan which shows you what needs to be done, what percentage your insurance company will pay, and what percentage you will be responsible for.
